Groundwork Landscape Architects designed and project managed this high quality urban realm project as phase one of a regeneration project in the centre of Leeds. Bringing together an effective partnership between private sector property developers, Leeds City Council, the Petanque Club and Groundwork created added
value.
The project area forms the threshold to newly refurbished office space and will be extended across the wider street scape as further developments are completed.
Features include a bespoke interpretation panel, upgraded petanque court, stainless steel benches and bollards guide pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
